Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items, customized products, and used items are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
